河北省沧州市燃煤量及污染物排放估算

Estimation of coal and pollutant emissions in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province

摘要 燃煤污染物排放是我国北方地区冬季大气污染的主要组成部分,对其的研究有助于燃煤污染物控制方案的制定与评估、相关排放标准的制定,环境监管和重污染应急方案制订等环境管理决策工作的有效开展。本文通过地理大数据及地理信息手段,提取了沧州地区房屋面积和地理位置;利用2017年高分二号卫星遥感数据,对河北省沧州市房屋面积进行精确分析,确定了各县的房屋实际面积系数。并通过现场及抽样调查法、排放因子法对沧州市燃煤量及燃煤排放的主要污染物PM、SO2、NOx、CO、BC、OC和PANs等进行估算。结果表明:1)河间市为沧州房屋面积最大的地区,总面积约为136.3km2。2)燃煤总量最大的地区为沧县,达到了36.4万t。其次是泊头市、献县、河间市和孟村回族自治县,燃煤量均超过了20万t。从空间分布来看,西部地区燃煤量远远高于东部地区,表明西部地区是沧州燃煤污染排放的主要地区。3)各项燃煤污染物排放量差异较大,沧县是燃煤污染物排放量最高的地区,而孟村回族自治县是排放最集中的地区。表明了燃煤减排的重点应放在沧县和孟村回族自治县。 Coal-fired pollutant emission is the main component of air pollution in winter in northern China.The study of coal-fired pollutant emission contributes to the formulation and evaluation of coal pollution control scheme,the formulation of relevant emission standards,environmental supervision and the formulation of heavy pollution emergency plan and other environmental management and decision-making work.By means of geographical data and geographic information,the area and geographical location of Cangzhou area were extracted.Based on the remote sensing data of Gaofen-1 satellite in 2017,the housing area of Cangzhou City in Hebei Province was analyzed accurately,and the real housing area coefficient of each county was determined.And we based on the on-the-spot and sampling survey method,emission factor method to estimate Cangzhou coal-fired and coal-fired emissions of the main pollutants PM,SO 2,NO x,CO,BC,OC and PANs.The results showed that:1)Hejian City has the largest housing area in Cangzhou,with a total area of 136.3km 2.2)The largest coal burning area is Cangxian City,reaching 364 thousand ton.Followed by Botou City,Xianxian County,Hejian City and Mengcun Hui nationality autonomous County,all the coal burning is exceeded 200 thousand ton.From the spatial distribution point of view,the amount of coal burning in the western region is much higher than that in the eastern region,it indicating that the western region is the main area of coal-burning pollution emissions in Cangzhou.3)The emissions of various coal-burning pollutants are quite different.Cangxian is the region with the highest emissions of coal-burning pollutants,while Mengcun Hui nationality autonomous County is the most concentrated area with the pollutants.This result shows that the emphasis of coal burning reduction should be placed in Cangxian and Mengcun Hui nationality autonomous County.
