欧美国家水环境监测技术与措施及其启示

Inspiration for china from water environmental monitoring and management experience in Europe and America

随着我国经济步入高质量发展轨道,不断完善水环境监测,日益成为我国水资源环境治理、保护和决策的信息来源的重要环节和技术保障。本文通过研究欧美国家的水环境监测制度和相关技术,结合我国水环境监测管理的现状,对我国水环境监测的分析方法、监测自动化水平、监测的水样指标以及跨界监测管理等方面有所启示,提出建议和措施。

With China’s economy stepping into a high-quality development track and constantly improving water environment monitoring,it has increasingly become an important link and technical guarantee of information sources for water resources environmental management,protection and decision-making.Based on the study of water environment monitoring system and related science and technology in Europe and America and the current situation of water environment monitoring and management in China,this paper gives some suggestions and measures for the analysis method,automation level,water sample index and cross-border monitoring and management of water environment monitoring in China.
