摘要
为降低机组能耗水平,某厂#2汽轮机进行了提参数升级改造,改造后出现了高中压缸胀差大、变负荷适应能力差的问题。针对出现的问题,根据改造后汽轮机的结构特点及实际运行参数,进行了高中压缸通流部分各级运行间隙的计算、分析,找出了易出现碰磨的部位。分析了改造后胀差大的原因,并对改造时设计制造的注意事项提出了建议。
To cut down the power consumption level of a unit,No.2 turbine in a power plant upgraded its parameter.After the transformation,there were problems of large HP/IP cylinders differential expansion and worsening adaptability to varied load.Accordingly,it calculated and analyzed various clearances in flow passage of HP/IP cylinders,according to the structure and actual operating parameter of turbines.The parts that are prone to rubbing were found out.After analyzing the reason of differential expansion,suggestion and warnings for designing and manufacturing during reforming are put forward.
