Cu-0.67Cr-0.27Zr合金时效析出动力学研究

摘要 对固溶态Cu-0. 67Cr-0. 27Zr合金进行时效处理,研究了时效温度及时效时间对合金性能的影响.研究结果表明:在460℃时效8 h,合金的电导率为71%IACS.根据Cu-0. 67Cr-0. 27Zr合金在时效过程中电导率与新相转化率之间的关系,用Avrami相变动力学方程描述Cu-0. 67Cr-0. 27Zr合金的时效过程,进而推导出该合金在不同时效温度下的相变动力学方程及电导率方程,并绘制出等温转变动力学S曲线. The effects of aging temperature and aging time on the properties of solution treated Cu-0.67Cr-0.27Zr alloys were investigated in the present study.The results indicated that the electrical conductivity was 71%IACS for the investigated alloys aged at 460℃ for 8h.Furthermore,based on the relationship between electrical conductivity and the volume fraction of precipitates during the aging process,the Avrami phase transformation kinetics were used to describe the aging process of Cu-0.67Cr-0.27Zr alloys and the phase transformation kinetics equations and electrical conductivity equations of Cu-0.67Cr-0.27Zr alloys were obtained.Moreover,the isothermal transformation curves(S curves)of the investigated alloys were obtained.
