Remote Rebuilding in the Process of Building Renewal from the Perspective of Site Reconstruction

从保护与更新的基本要素入手,挖掘工业遗产的空间特色、场所精神,通过场所规划对新址进行空间梳理,以实现工业遗产与环境互促共生。结合实例着重探讨了异地保护工业建筑遗产和重构工业文化的策略与方法,以期为城市可持续发展提供有效的依据和参考。

Starting from the basic elements of protection and renewal,the space features and place spirit of the industrial heritage are excavated,and the newsite is combed through the site planning to achieve the symbiosis between industrial heritage and environment. This paper puts forward the strategies of protecting industrial heritage and reconstructing industrial culture in different places in order to provide an effective basis and reference for the sustainable development of cities.
