异化视角下《京华烟云》文化负载词翻译研究

Study on Culture-Loaded Words of Moment in Peking from the Perspective of Foreignization

以韦努蒂异化翻译策略为指导,依托《京华烟云》英文版,从语言、宗教、社会、物质以及习俗类文化负载词5方面进行研究和分析,阐明了在翻译过程中所运用的直译、增译、替代加解释、转换以及直译加注释等翻译技巧,以期在文化负载词翻译方面为翻译工作者提供借鉴。

Guided by foreignization translation strategy of Venuti and based on the English version of Moment in Peking,this paper studies and analyses five categories of culture-loaded words in language,religions,society,material and customs and explains the translation methods of literal translation,additional translation,replacement with explanation,shift,literal translation with annotation,etc. This paper also offered some constructive suggestions for translators in culture-loaded words’ translation.
