摘要
鼓形齿联轴器是钢厂中常见的高强度联轴器,主要对邯钢3500mm宽厚板线轧机压下系统的鼓型齿联轴器的力学性能参数进行计算,并采用ABAQUS软件对鼓形齿联轴器的接触应力进行强度分析,对比两者计算情况,为后续鼓型齿联轴器的设计提供了有力依据。
The Drum-shaped gear coupling is a common high-strength coupling in steel mills.This paper mainly calculates the mechanical properties of drum-shaped gear coupling in the rolling system of 3500 mm mill-rolling in Han Steel.And the strength analysis for the mechanical property of the drum type gear coupling by using ABAQUS software.Then the comparison about the calculation between the both,and it provides the powerful basis for the design of the drum gear coupling.
