棒材上料台架改造优化

摘要 分析了棒材原有上料台架结构性形式的缺陷和故障频发的原因,针对原因通过对线材、型材上料台架的调研,翻阅图纸,对比核算,电脑模拟,最终形成一套设计方案,在考虑承载能力的同时,同步考虑了台架的集中控制、自动送钢、动梁直接给料、检修空间等,也兼顾到了现有热送设备的功能保留,通过改造实施,保证了上料区设备的正常运行,较好地匹配满足了轧线生产要求,为生产稳定运行提供了保障。 This paper analyses the defects of the original structure of bar feeding bench and the causes of frequent faults.According to the reasons,through the investigation of wire and profile feeding bench,turning over drawings,comparing calculation and computer simulation,a set of design scheme is finally formed.Considering the bearing capacity,centralized control of the bench,automatic steel feeding and direct feeding and inspection of moving beam are considered simultaneously.The maintenance space also takes into account the function reservation of the existing hot conveying equipment.Through the reform and implementation,the normal operation of the equipment in the feeding area is guaranteed,the production requirements of the rolling line are well matched,and the stable operation of the production is guaranteed.
