摘要
自高等院校扩招以来,大学生就业问题已成为全社会关注的热点。大学生就业资本是提升大学生就业率的关键因素。本研究以内蒙古地区两个年份的大学生为调查对象,从学校、家庭和大学生自身三方面,围绕就业社会资本与就业人力资本展开对比研究,根据两年份对比研究结果,提出了大学生就业资本培养的对策与建议,即政策支持,优化人才发展环境;课内奠基,夯实专业知识技能;课外拓展,增强就业实践能力;多方联动,加强就业指导服务等。
Since the expansion of university enrollment in China, employment of university students has become a hot issue to the whole society. Improving employment rate of university students has become an important work and concern of government, universities, families and individuals. Employment capital of university students is the key factor to improve employment rate of university students. Taking university students from two different years in Inner Mongolia as subjects, this study makes a comparative study on employment social capital and employment human capital from three aspects: schools, families and university students themselves. Based on the results of comparative study of two different years’, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of university students’ employment capital. They are policy support, optimizing environment for talents’ development, laying foundations in classes, consolidating professional knowledge and skills, expanding after class, strengthening practical ability of employment, multi-linkages and strengthening employment guidance services.
