摘要 "心理育人"作为习近平总书记"全面育人"战略思想的重要部署,具有十分重要的意义。当前我国心理健康教育存在诸多局限,微课作为一种新型教育资源,是学习方式与教学模式的创新,符合当前大学生网络化、碎片化、个性化的学习习惯和需求。将微课应用于大学生心理健康教育,从微课教学设计入手分析其适用性,并在此基础上从教学内容选取、教学目标实现、完善技术团队和传播平台建设等方面,对大学生心理健康教育微课教学提出具体策略。 As an important deployment of Xi Jinping’s strategic concept of “educating people in an all-round way”,“Mental education” is of great significance. At present, there are many deficiencies in mental health education in our country. As a new type of educational resource, micro-class is an innovation of learning methods and teaching mode, which can make up for the lack of psychological health education among college students. In line with college students network, fragmented, personalized learning habits and needs. This article starts from the elements of teaching mode of micro-class teaching and analyzes the applicability of micro-class to mental health education class of college students. And puts forward the concrete implementation strategies for the teaching of the microcosm of mental health education for college students from four aspects: the selection of teaching contents, the improvement of teaching objectives, the building of a good team and the construction of communication platform.
