摘要
60Co-γ辐照常用于食品和医疗器械的灭菌,但辐照在有效地杀灭微生物的同时也显著影响食品中的营养成分和高分子聚合物材料的理化性质。因此,正确评估^(60)Co-γ辐照灭菌的风险有利于降低其对人们健康的危害。文章介绍了^(60)Co-γ辐照灭菌的相关分子机制,重点关注其对食品和医疗器械安全的影响。
60Co-γirradiation is commonly used for food and medical devices sterilization.Although 60Co-γ irradiation can effectively kill microorganisms in foods and medical devices,it also significantly affects the nutrients in food and physicochemical properties of polymer medical devices.Therefore,the correct assessment of the risk of 60Co-γ radiation sterilization is beneficial to reduce its health hazards.This paper describes the molecular mechanisms involved in 60Co-γ radiation sterilization,and mainly focuses on its impact on the safety of food and medical device.
