二氧化碳压缩机壳体与接线端子电阻焊工艺的改进 被引量:2

摘要 运行压力约为10 MPa的密闭式二氧化碳压缩机壳体采用热轧钢板1次拉伸制成,与接线端子采用电容储能式电阻焊连接,焊接过程中瞬间电流可达100 kA以上。影响壳体与接线端子的焊接质量的因素主要有焊接设备和焊接技术。对以往的焊接不良的壳体和接线端子进行了分析,据此采取了相应的改进措施:使壳体的焊接区保持平直;使上、下焊接电极同心;使焊接电极表面完好、洁净。结果,壳体与接线端子的焊接质量得到了显著的提高。 The shell of closed carbon dioxide compressor where operating pressure is about 10 MPa was fabricated by single-pass drawing hot-rolled plate,and was connected with terminal by a condenser energy-storage resistance welding,the momentary current will reach as lager as above 100 kA during the welding.The quality of welding the shell and the terminal together is predominantly affected by welding equipment and welding technology.The former unsatisfactory welding of the shell and the terminal was analyzed.In view of the above,the certain appropriate measures of improving welding quality,among which are:to render welded area of the shell straight,to make upper and lower welding electrodes to become concentrical,and to leave the electrode surface in intact and clean state.As a result,the quality of welding the shell into the terminal was appreciably improved.
