摘要
通过相图计算和试验相结合,对含铬轻质钢体系(Fe-Mn-Al-Cr-C)中的一些关键体系的参数进行了评估与完善,初步建立了该五元体系的热力学数据库。并分别采用自建数据库与商用热力学数据库计算了含铬轻质钢的A3温度和熔点。结果发现:相比商用热力学数据库,采用自建数据库计算的A3温度和熔点与试验值更接近。同时,采用自建数据库与商用热力学数据库分别计算了含铬轻质钢试样经不同温度退火后奥氏体含量随温度的变化,发现自建数据库的预测结果与试验值更接近,可为含铬轻质钢成分和工艺的科学设计提供理论参考。
Combining the phase diagram calculation with the experiment,the thermodynamic parameters of some key systems of chromium-bearing lightweight steel system(Fe-Mn-Al-Cr-C)have been evaluated and improved.The iron-based thermodynamic database containing Mn,Al,Cr and C has been established.The transformation temperatures and melting points of chromium-bearing lightweight steel were calculated by USER database and commercial database,respectively.The results showed that transformation temperatures and melting points calculated by USER database was better agreement with the experiment results.Besides,the variation of austenite content with temperature after annealing at different temperatures was also predicted by USER database and commercial database.It was found that the results calculated by USER database were more closer to the experiment results,which could provide theoretical reference for the scientific design of the composition and heat treatment of chromium-bearing lightweight steel.
