长三角地区教育发展现状及规划比较研究——基于教育现代化视角 被引量:4

摘要 长三角地区已成为我国经济最具活力、开放程度最高、创新能力最强的区域之一,是"一带一路"和长江经济带的重要交汇点,这一地区的教育发展关涉全局。从教育现代化视角对长三角地区三省一市的学前教育、义务教育、高中教育和高等教育等基本状态数据进行统计分析,可以侧面反映出三省一市的教育发展水平。整体推进长三角教育现代化具体举措为:第一,建立长三角教育现代化试验区;第二,选择样本区域在长三角地区推广学习;第三,制订长三角教育整体发展规划;第四,统一制订长三角教育现代化发展水平监测评估标准。 The Yangtze River Delta region has become one of the regions with the most vitality, the highest degree of openness and the strongest innovation capability in China. It is an important meeting point of the"Belt and Road Initiative"and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The education development in this region is related to the overall situation in China. From the perspective of educational modernization, the statistical analysis of the basic state data of preschool education, compulsory education, high school education and higher education in the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region can reflect the level of education development in the these areas. To promote the modernization of education in the Yangtze River Delta as a whole, the specific measures as follows shall be taken: first, establish a pilot zone for education modernization in the Yangtze River Delta region; second, select sample areas to promote demonstrative learning in the Yangtze River Delta region; third, formulate overall development plans for education in the Yangtze River Delta; fourth, formulate unified monitoring and evaluation standards for the development level of education modernization in the Yangtze River Delta.
