企业家是企业改革创新的重要主体,企业家精神是发挥企业家作用的核心要素。党的十九大报告提出,"激发和保护企业家精神"目的就是为了激发企业发展活力,以更好地建设我国现代化经济体系。国有企业在我国国民经济和社会生活中发挥着不可或缺的作用,具有不可替换的地位。当前,在国有企业深化改革的进程中,应当通过实施多种激励性和保障性措施,完善容错纠错机制,健全选人用人机制,转变舆论宣传思维,以弘扬企业家精神,激发国有企业改革活力,为我国经济实现可持续发展做出贡献。

Entrepreneur is an important subject of enterprise reform and innovation, and entrepreneurship is the core element of the role of entrepreneurs. It was pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the purpose of "inspiring and protecting entrepreneurship" is to stimulate the vitality of enterprise development and to better build China's modern economic system. State-owned enterprises play an indispensable role in China's national economic and social life and have an irreplaceable status. At present, in the process of deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, we should implement a variety of incentive and safeguard measures, improve the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism, improve the mechanism for selecting and employing people, and change the propaganda thinking of public opinion to promote entrepreneurship and stimulate the reform of state-owned enterprises, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of China's economy.
