企业员工自主亲环境行为的影响因素及对策 被引量:1

摘要 员工是企业环保活动的行为主体,其在工作场所中自主践行亲环境行为能够有效提升企业环境绩效。但由于组织氛围、设施条件等客观因素,以及员工亲环境知识技能、行为成本等主观因素的影响,员工自主践行亲环境行为存在一定的障碍和阻力。为有效解决问题,企业应加强亲环境组织文化建设、推进亲环境管理者队伍建设、改善工作场所亲环境设施条件、开展促进亲环境认知与技能活动,多措并举提升员工工作场所自主亲环境行为水平,为实现企业、社会的可持续发展作出贡献。 Employees are the main actors of corporate environmental protection activities. Their independent practice of environmental-friendly behaviors in the workplace can effectively improve the environmental performance of enterprises. However, due to objective factors such as organizational atmosphere, facilities and conditions, as well as subjective factors such as employees' knowledge, skills and behavioral costs, there are certain obstacles for employees to practice their own environmental behaviors. In order to solve problems effectively, enterprises should strengthen the construction of environmental-friendly organization culture, promote the construction of environmental-friendly management team, improve the conditions of pro-environmental facilities in the workplace, carry out activities to promote environmental-friendly awareness and skills, and take measures to enhance the level of independent environmental-friendly behaviors in employees' workplaces and contributes to the sustainable development of enterprises and society.
