从“慰反侧之诏”看元祐时期宋廷调和新旧的尝试

A Study on the Imperial Edict of‘Appeasing Political Opponents' in Yuanyou Period

元祐元年,新法派与旧法派的矛盾日渐尖锐,太皇太后高氏试图采取措施调和新旧关系。在吕公著等宰辅的协助下,经过一番努力,高氏颁降了"慰反侧之诏",公开宣布不再整肃新法派。然而,这一做法却遭到了言官的反对。反复博弈之后,诏书未能发挥应有功效,宋廷也失去了实现政治和解的最佳机会。此事对北宋后期的派系关系与政局演变均有不小影响,是理解北宋后期政治的重要线索。

In Yuanyou Period,grandma-empress Gao wanted to ease the tension between the Reformers and the Conservatives.By the help of Lv Gongzhu and Fan Chunren,Gao issued the imperial edict of‘Appeasing Political Opponents’.But this imperial edict was opposed by the censors who egged Gao to deviates from her original intention.The imperial government then lost the opportunity of political accommodation.
