高校学生管理体制改革实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of the Reform of College Student Management System:Take Chongqing Medical University as an Example

随着高校人才培养工作的日益复杂化和新时期大学生思想政治教育的全面加强,垂直、集中的以学校学生工作部门为主导的学生管理体制越来越难以满足高等教育内涵式发展的需要。本文以重庆医科大学为例,通过变革以学生工作部门为主导的管理体制为以学院为主导的管理体制的实践与探索,期以对其他高校变革学生管理体制能有所助益。

With the cultivate talents works become increasingly complicated in universities and the overall strengthening of university students'ideological and political education in the new era,the vertical and centralized student management system dominated by the university's student affairs department is more and more difficult to meet the need of the connotation development of higher education.This paper takes Chongqing Medical University as an example,via changing the management system dominated by the student aff airs department to the management system dominated by the institutes,so as to help other universities to reform the student management system.
