采用文献资料法等,借助合作博弈的视角,分析竞技体育后备人才培养中政府和社会力量合作的内涵和影响因素。主要结论:以"温州模式"作为案例,剖析竞技体育后备人才培养中政府和社会力量合作的特征以及经验,为两者建立合作关系提供新路径。建议:转变合作双方态度,构建合作互信机制;强化制度顶层设计,重视基层合作创新;优化组织内部结构,降低双方合作成本;建立综合考核体系,保障合作有效监管;构建利益共享机制,强调参与主体多元化。

This paper analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of cooperation between governmentand social forces in the training of backup talents for competitive sports by means of literature reviews.Main conclusions are as follows:Taking the“Wenzhou model”as a case,it analyzes the characteristics and experience of cooperation between government and social forces in the training of reserved talents for competitive sports,and provides a new path for the establishment of cooperative relations between these two.Suggestions:Change the attitude of both partners,build a cooperative mutual trust mechanism;Strengthen the top-level design of the system,attach importance to grassroots cooperation and innovation;Optimize the internal structure of the organization,reduce the cost of cooperation between the two parties;Establish a comprehensive assessment system to ensure effective supervision of cooperation;Build a benefit sharing mechanism,emphasize the participation of the main body diversification.
