摘要
采用文献资料法等,研究体育场馆微信公众号对促进体育场馆运营的作用及其优化策略。主要结论:体育场馆微信公众号能及时发布体育场馆的信息,实现"实时下单""扫码进场""场馆预约""导航进馆"等便捷功能,是促进体育场馆实现"无人化"管理模式的辅助工具等。建议:在"融媒体"理念指导下,以微信公众号为媒介,激发人们前往体育场馆运动的热情,形成"线上交流""线下切磋""化零为整"的顶层设计等。
This paper explores strategies on optimizing stadiums and gymnasiums through using wechat official accounts,and provides advice for the reform of stadiums and gymnasiums.By using the method of literature reviews,this paper analyzes the development of wechat official accounts of stadiums and gymnasiums,and their positive roles in promoting operation of stadiums and gymnasiums.Main conclusions:The wechat official accounts of stadiums and gymnasiums can achieve the convenient functions of placing orders,scanned access,venue reservation,navigation access,and promote the management of stadiums and gymnasiums though wechat and other technologies.Suggestions:Under the guidance of the concept of“Media Convergence”and using wechat offical accounts as a channel,it can stimulate people’s enthusiasm for sports in stadiums and gymnasiums,and form top-level design of“online communication”,“off-line discussion”and“running it in pieces rather than a whole”.
