改革开放40年我国俄罗斯中亚研究的学科发展

A Review of Russian and Central Asian Studies in the Four Decades of China's Reform and Opening up

苏联解体后,俄罗斯中亚区域国别研究经历了一段从苏联东欧问题研究中独立和分化出来、在研究内容和重点方向上发生变化、学科内外的协作力度不断加强的发展过程。改革开放40年来,我国俄罗斯中亚区域政治研究在成果数量和主要内容上发生了显著变化,呈现出不断加强的学科化趋向,这对于俄罗斯中亚研究的长远发展非常有益。由于得到既有理论的支撑,学科化发展使区域研究在不同学科之间形成了协作。对于不同国别之间差异性和一致性的认识,使研究者们相互间的合作成为可能。学科化增强了中国研究者的国际对话能力,越来越多的学者走出国门。为了实现教学和科研的双重目标,俄罗斯中亚区域研究的两种基本方法倾向——学科化和跨学科化,将会长期平行发展下去。"一带一路"倡议的推进在为俄罗斯中亚研究提出新的更多任务的同时,也将为其带来快速发展的机遇。

After the collapse of the Soviet Union,Russian and Central Asian studies began to separate from the Soviet and Eastern European studies and have new directions in research contents and focal points,and the collaboration within and outside the discipline has been strengthened.Since the reform and opening up,China made many achievements in the Russian and Central Asian studies.Since then the publications are numerous and research contents are diversified,at the same time,a disciplinary study is increasing.This will be very beneficial to the long-term development of Russia's Central Asian studies.With the support of theory,the development of disciplinization resulted in the collaboration among different subjects in regional study.The recognition of the differences and consistency of different countries has made the cooperation among scholars is possible.The specialization has enhanced the ability of Chinese researchers in international academic dialogue.In order to achieve the objective in teaching and research,two basic methodological tendencies of Russian and Central Asian studies,namely disciplinary and cross-disciplinary,will develop in parallel for a long time.The BRI will promotes China’s Russian and Central Asian studies in two ways:putting more academic research tasks and speeding its rapid development.
