摘要
随着创新2.0时代的来临,人力资本已经成为知识经济社会中起关键性作用的资源资本。高新技术企业作为科技创新的主体应把人力资源资本化这一创新人才经营理念作为人才战略的重点,助力北京市实施创新驱动战略,建设全国科技创新中心。为此从人力资源资本化的概念界定入手,阐述了人力资源资本化的价值,并在分析了北京市高新技术企业人力资源资本化发展现状和问题的基础上,试图探求北京市高新技术企业人力资源资本化的实现路径。
With the advent of innovation 2.0,human capital has become the key resource capital in the knowledge-based economy society.As the main body of scientific and technological innovation,high-tech enterprises should take capitalization of human resources as the key of their talent strategy,and help Beijing implement innovation-driven strategy and build a national scientific and technological innovation center.Starting with the definition of human resource capitalization,this paper expounds the value of human resource capitalization,and on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of human resource capitalization in Beijing's high-tech enterprises,attempts to explore the realization path of human resource capitalization in Beijing's high-tech enterprises.
