Study on Development Policy Environment of Biomedical Enterprises in Tianjin

生物医药产业是天津市重点发展的八大优势支柱产业之一。通过对2013年以来天津市生物医药产业企业扶持政策进行系统调研和文献研究,在分析天津市生物医药产业发展现状的基础上,重点评析了生物医药企业的成长政策环境,并为改善天津市生物医药企业发展的外部条件提出相关的对策建议:天津应发挥自身生物医药产业优势,在培育优势企业、加强载体建设、引导服务机构市场化运作、整合投融资服务资源等方面保障科技型中小生物医药企业发展。

Biomedical industry is one of the eight pillar industries in Tianjin.Through systematic research and literature research on the supporting policies of the biomedical industry in Tianjin since 2013,this paper mainly evaluates the growth environment of the biomedical enterprises on the basis of analysis of present situation of biological medicine industry development,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the external conditions of the development of the enterprises in Tianjin.Tianjin should give play to its advantages in biomedical industry and guarantee the development of small and medium-sized sci-tech biomedical enterprises by cultivating superior enterprises,strengthening carrier construction,guiding the marketization operation of service institutions and integrating investment and financing service resources.
