摘要
结合重庆某垃圾二次转运站工程总承包项目实践经验,通过对项目实施阶段主要风险进行分析,识别了自然环境、项目相关方、合同要求、资金运转过程、设计过程、采购过程、施工过程、调试试运过程等风险因素,依据风险评估结果制定应对措施,并提出了提升工程总承包项目风险管理能力的具体措施,如加强基础设计数据复核和设计接口管理,重视危险性较大分部分项工程和交叉施工作业协调管理,控制设备采购偏差和大型设备运输风险等,为后续项目提供参考。
Taking the EPC project of refuse transfer station in Chongqing as an example,management risks during the implementation stage of project were analyzed,including natural environment,project related department,contract requirement,capital turnover process,design process,procurement process,engineering process,construction process and trial operation process risk factors.Relative measures were made based on risk appraisal results and methods of improving the risk management of EPC project were given,such as strengthening the reviewing of basic design data and the management of design interface,focusing on the coordinated management of item projects with major risks and cross construction operations,controlling the deviation of equipment procurement and transportation risk of large equipment.
