摘要
油气生产现场变送器主要用于实时监控现场液位、温度、压力等,通常同一监测点安装2台变送器,其中一台变送器数据实时传送至过程控制系统,用于控制调节阀动作使容器压力、温度、液位等参数在合理设定范围;另一台变送器数据实时传送至紧急关断系统,如数值达到高高、低低设定值则触发安全联锁,切断放空流程或关停现场设备,保证人员设备安全。针对现场实际生产过程中,变送器因自身故障或受工作环境影响导致测量值异常引发关停的情况,提出了通过利用同一点设置的2台变送器数据进行差值比较,差值异常时输出报警,对变送器故障起到预警的解决方案,进而介绍了该方案的实施途径。
Oil and gas field transmitter is mainly used for real-time monitoring of liquid level,temperature,pressure and so on.Usually two transmitters are installed at the same monitoring point.One transmitter data is transmitted to the process control system in real-time.It is used to control the action of the regulating valve to make the pressure,temperature and liquid level of the container within a reasonable range.Another transmitter data is transmitted to the emergency shutdown system in real time.If the value reaches high or low,the safety interlock will be triggered.The shutdown will shut down the field equipment and process to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.In the actual production process,the abnormal production shutdown of the transmitter caused by its own fault or the working environment often occurs.This paper presents a solution to realize fault early warning by comparing the difference between two transmitters set at the same point.It is hoped that the analysis and solution of this article can provide some help to managers and technicians of similar enterprises.
