海上油田油井环空补液生产方式探究

对于产液具有高粘度、高含蜡、高含盐等特点且井下供液不足、启动困难的高故障率采油井,环空补液生产是一种简单易行、效益明显的生产措施,一般称为掺水或掺稀油生产。分析了采油井环空补液生产方式在海上油田的适用性,根据电潜离心泵采油经验和理论建立了泵效计算模型,结合实例对其生产控制要点进行了说明和总结,针对海上采油平台和设施的设计特点优化了流程设计方案,并进行效益对比,为海上油田低产、低效率采油井的增产措施落实前的长期稳定生产提供了一种经济可行的非常规生产措施。

Annulus liquid-replenishing production,generally called as water or thin oil blending production,is one simple and beneficial measure for insufficiently liquid supplying,difficultly-starting and high failure rate oil wells with high viscosity,high wax-rate or high salt-rate liquid production.This article analyzes its suitability for offshore oil fields,introduces and summarizes its production control tips with a pump effectiveness calculating model based on both experiences and theories of electric submersible centrifugal pumps,specially optimizes the process designs for offshore oil production platform and facility,compares their benefit with one another,and provides offshore oil field with one economic,feasible and unusual production plan for low production or effectiveness oil wells to keep their long and stable production before the further production increasing measure is implemented.
