摘要
分析功能性训练对2型糖尿病患者下肢肌肉力量与足底压力分布影响效果,为防治2型糖尿病并发症——糖尿病足提供有效方法。通过设置实验组与对照组,观察2组实验者干预后血糖、下肢等速肌力(cybex)与足底压力(Freestep系统)改善。实验结果得出12周干预后,与对照组相比,实验组患者的等速肌力明显改善,足底足趾区域负荷百分比有显著改善(p<0.05)。这表明,12周有氧结合力量训练可有效改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖、下肢肌肉力量和足趾区域足底压力指标。
To analyze the effect of functional exercise on muscle strength of lower limbs and plantar foot pressure in type 2 diabetes patients,the prevention method for the diabetic complications is provided.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,functional training group(n=30)and aerobic training group(n=30),respectively with functional and aerobic training,60 minutes each time,3 times per week,lasting 12 weeks in both groups.Observing the changes of blood glucose,lower limbs muscle strength and plantar foot pressure.Results:After exercise intervention of 12 weeks,compared with control group,in exercise group,the blood glucose,lower limbs strength and plantar foot pressure improved significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion:Functional training of 12 weeks has a good effect on improving blood glucose control,muscle strength of lower limbs and plantar foot pressure.
