摘要
硅钢片是变压器铁芯、电动机的主要原材料。提高硅钢片利用率、减少原材料成本是相关企业重点关注的问题。文章针对变压器厂铁芯车间下料提出一种基于余料控制的套裁下料算法,在考虑主动生成规范余料的基础上排入梯形毛坯,同时采用改进的顺序分组启发式算法(improved sequential grouping heuristic,ISGH)实现毛坯的横纵剪切,保证每次生成的排样方式满足规范余料价值和毛坯填充价值之和最大化,直到所有毛坯全部排完,从而得出最优排样方案。经验证,该算法运行时间合理,可以在一定程度上减少原材料成本、提高硅钢片的利用率。
Silicon steel sheet is the main raw material of transformer iron core and motor. How to improve the utilization rate of silicon steel sheet so as to reduce the cost of transformer manufacturing is an issue that relevant enterprises focus on. In this paper, a reasonable cutting algorithm based on leftover control for the cutting problem of the iron core workshop in the transformer factory is presented, considering the basic norms of initiatively generating standard leftover and then arranging the trapezoidal blank. The improved sequential grouping heuristic(ISGH) algorithm is used to realize the transverse and longitudinal cutting of blank to ensure the maximum of standard leftover value and filling blank value for the layout in each generation, until all the blanks are arranged. Thus the optimal layout scheme is obtained. It is proved that the operation time of the algorithm is reasonable, and the raw materials cost is reduced and the utilization rate of silicon steel sheet is improved to a certain extent.
