[目的/意义]"9·11"事件彻底改变了美国对于国家安全的传统思维,认识到情报融合的重要性,进而促成了国土安全部的建立。这对于刚出台《国家情报法》的我国而言具有借鉴意义。[方法/过程]通过分析国土安全的含义、阐述美国国土安全部的运行机制以及情报融合的具体内容,总结出美国反恐情报工作的路径。[结果/结论]审视美国情报融合的经验,我国应重视情报学和情报人才建设,健全情报共享机制,构建属于我国的情报融合中心,为新时代的国家安全建设保驾护航。

[Purpose/Significance]"9·11"changed the traditional way of thinking about national security in America forever,recognizing the importance of intelligence integration led to the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.It has reference significance for China with the National Intelligence Act has just been issued.[Method/Process]By analyzing the meaning of homeland security,expounding the operation mechanism of the U.S.department of homeland security and the specific content of intelligence integration,the path of the U.S.anti-terrorism intelligence work is summarized.[Result/Conclusion]In view of the experience of U.S.intelligence integration,China should attach importance to the construction of intelligence science and cultivation of intelligence talents,perfect the intelligence sharing mechanism,construct our intelligence fusion center and safeguard the national security construction in the new era.
