The Generation Logic and Governance Dimension of Network Political Emotion in the New Era

[目的/意义]正确认识和有效治理网络政治情绪在新时代的中国具有实践上的紧迫性和必要性,对于防范新时代的网络政治风险,防止网络情绪暴力和网络民粹主义也具有积极意义。[方法/过程]通过系统分析技术赋权、心理倾向、利益搅合、文化渗透等影响新时代网络政治情绪生成的诸多因素,探讨了在互联网生态系统中网络政治情绪的生成过程和作用逻辑。[结论/结果]研究表明网络政治情绪治理需要制度供给与情感治理相结合、多层治理与协同治理相结合,还需要抵御西方文化渗透与型塑主流网络政治文化,以此有效提升网络空间治理能力,维护网络政治安全。

[Purpose/Significance]It is urgent and necessary to correctly understand and effectively manage the network political emotion in the new era.Successfully achieving this is very important to prevent the network political risk and curb the online emotional violence and cyberpopulism in China.[Method/Process]We systematically analyzed the factors that influence the formation of network political emotions,such as technical empowerment,psychological tendency,agitation of interests and cultural infiltration,and discussed the formation process and function logic of internet political emotion in the internet ecosystem.[Result/Conclusion]The study shows that the good governance requires cooperation of institutional supply and emotional governance and the combination of multi-level governance and cooperative governance,and the resistance of the infiltration of western culture and the shaping of mainstream network political culture are also effective methods.The ultimate goal is to effectively enhance the ability of cyberspace governance and maintain network political security.
