阴离子合成POSS端基官能化聚丁二烯与白炭黑相互作用 被引量:4

The Interactions Between Anionically Synthesized POSS End-functionalized Polybutadiene and Filled Silica

摘要 本工作采用氯丙基七异丁基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(Chloropropyllsobutyl POSS,Cl-POSS)为封端剂,以多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)端基官能化聚丁二烯(PB-POSS)为模型聚合物,选用白炭黑为补强剂,通过溶剂法制备PB-POSS混合胶。系统考察了PB-POSS分子量、白炭黑含量、Si69含量对PB-POSS结合胶含量的影响。结果表明,所有PB-POSS样品结合胶含量均明显高于PB结合胶含量;当PB-POSS分子量为50 000、白炭黑含量为50份、Si69含量为2. 5份时,PB-POSS结合胶含量最高,为17. 50%,是PB结合胶的两倍多。通过FTIR系统研究PBPOSS与白炭黑之间的相互作用机理发现,随着白炭黑或Si69含量的增加,Si-OH键吸收峰波数发生明显变化,Si-O-Si键吸收峰强度也明显变化,这种变化与结合胶含量变化相一致,这一结果证明了白炭黑和POSS之间存在强的氢键相互作用。 Chloropropyl heptaisobutyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(Cl-POSS)end-functionalized polybutadiene(PB-POSS)has been synthesized using Cl-POSS as terminator through a living anionic polymerization process.Subsequently a series of PB-POSS composites filled with silica(SiO 2)were prepared by solvent method.The effect of the molecular weight of PB-POSS,the content of silica and the content of Si 69 coupling agent on the bound rubber content of PB-POSS were investigated.The results showed that the bound rubber content of all PB-POSS samples were much higher than that of PB.When the molecular weight of PB-POSS,the content of silica and the content of Si 69 coupling agent were 50 000,50 phr and 2.5 phr,respectively,the bound rubber content reached the maximum value of 17.50%,more than twice as that of the pure PB.The interaction mechanism between PB-POSS and silica was studied by FTIR confirmed obvious red shift of the absorption peaks of Si-OH bond and significant increment of Si-OH absorption peak intensity,with increasing silica or Si 69 content.Both of the red shift and the intensity increment can be considered to be coincide with increasing bound rubber content,thus demonstrating that there exists strong hydrogen bonding interaction between silica and PB-POSS.
