管道输水灌溉中的淤堵原因与防控措施

Study on causes and control measures of silting in irrigation projects with pipe conveyance

农田灌溉管道输水过程中的淤堵问题困扰着管道输水灌溉工程的推广应用,直接影响管道输水灌溉工程的正常运行与使用年限。通过对管道输水灌溉工程中管道淤堵原因分析,提出了农田灌溉管网淤堵防控措施。针对农田灌溉管网淤堵机理相对复杂、理论研究尚不深入的现状,建议从水源水质管理、灌溉管网规划设计与运行管理等方面入手,进一步研究灌溉管网淤堵防控的综合性技术措施,以最大限度提高管道输水灌溉工程使用寿命,维持灌溉输水管网高效运行。

Silting problems in irrigation projects with pipe conveyance cannot be ignored in the popularization and application of the project,which directly affects the normal operation and service life of irrigation projects with pipe conveyance.Based on the analysis of the causes of silting problems in the project,the measures of preventing and controlling the silting have been put forward.Meanwhile,in view of the relatively complex silting mechanism of farmland irrigation pipe network and the fact that the theoretical research of it is not deep enough,the attention should be fixed on the aspects of the headwaters quality management,irrigation pipe network planning and design and operation management,and the comprehensive technical measures of silting prevention and control of irrigation pipe network must be further studied,so that the goal to improve the service life of irrigation projects with pipe conveyance and maintain the efficient operation of irrigation pipeline network can be achieved.
