硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖4在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖4(CSPG4)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用荧光定量PCR及免疫组织化学技术检测42例OSCC组织及相应的癌旁正常组织(>2cm)中CSPG4mRNA及其蛋白的表达,并分析其与患者临床特征之间的关系。结果:CSPG4 mRNA及其蛋白在OSCC组织中的表达均较癌旁组织显著上调(均P<0.05),CSPG4mRNA及其蛋白的表达与患者年龄、民族、OSCC分化程度无关(P>0.05),与性别、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关,男性患者中的表达较女性患者高,转移组高于非转移组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(均P<0.05)。结论:CSPG4与OSCC的发生、发展及转移有着密切的联系。 Objective:To investigate the expression of chondrioditin sulfate proteoglycans 4(CSPG4)and its clinical significance in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:Fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemical staining were respectively performed to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of CSPG4 in OSCC tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues.The relationship between the CSPG4 expression and patients'clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results:The expression of CSPG4 mRNA and protein in OSCC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There was no relationship between the CSPG4 expression and age,ethnicity and OSCC differentiation degree(P>0.05).The expression of CSPG4 was strongly correlated with the gender,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.Up-regulated CSPG4 correlated with a higher clinical stage and lymph node metastasis and was more common in males(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of CSPG4 was closely linked to the occurrence and development of OSCC.
