金刚藤胶囊联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对血清炎症因子水平和血液流变学的影响

The effectiveness of Jingangteng capsule combined with Clindamycin phosphate in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the effects on inflammatory factors and hemorheology

目的:探讨金刚藤胶囊联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平和血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月四川省崇州市妇幼保健院收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用克林霉素磷酸酯治疗,研究组采用克林霉素磷酸酯联合金刚藤胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效,以及治疗前、后的临床症状评分、白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-10、IL-1β、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平和全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率(ESR)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者临床症状评分、炎症因子(IL-8、IL-1β、MCP-1、TGF-β1)水平及全血黏度、血浆黏度、ESR和FIB水平均明显降低,IL-10水平显著升高,且研究组低/高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:金刚藤胶囊联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效显著,可明显减轻患者临床症状,改善炎症因子和血液流变学指标水平,且安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jingangteng capsule combined with Clindamycin phosphate in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on inflammatory factors levels and hemorheology.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled,and randomly assigned to two groups(60 cases per group)receive either Clindamycin phosphate(control group)or Jingangteng capsule combined with Clindamycin phosphate(study group).The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,and the levels of interleukin(IL)-8,IL-10,IL-1,monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1),transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1 and fibrinogen(FIB)as well as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 93.33%and 73.33%,respectively(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores and the levels of IL-8,IL-1β,MCP-1,TGF-β1 and FIB as well as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and ESR in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-10 was significantly higher(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were noted in both groups.Conclusion:Jingangteng capsule combined with clindamycin phosphate has significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It could attenuate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheology,and was safe.
