摘要
目的:探讨锁定钢板联合外固定支架对桡骨远端粉碎性关节内骨折患者功能恢复的影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年6月至2017年1月广东省广州市第一人民医院骨科收治的76例桡骨远端粉碎性关节内骨折患者,按照治疗方案的不同分为外固定组(n=36)和联合组(n=40)。比较两组患者骨折复位情况、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,联合组患者尺偏角与桡骨高度恢复均优于外固定组(均P<0.05),但两组掌倾角比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,联合组Dienst腕关节功能量表评分优良率为92.50%,明显高于外固定组的66.67%。联合组的疗效优良率明显高于外固定组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利用锁定钢板联合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性关节内骨折可提高临床疗效,且不增加不良反应的发生风险。
Objective:To investigate the effect of locking plate combined with external fixation on functional recovery in patients with comminuted intra-articular fractures of the distal radius.Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with comminuted intra-articular fractures of the distal radius in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=40).All patients were followed up for six months after treatment.The fracture reduction,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The ulnar angle and radial height in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the excellent and good rate of Dienst function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.50%vs.66.67%)(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in palmar inclination angle and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Locking plate combined with external fixation could improve the therapeutic rate of comminuted intra-articular fractures of the distal radius without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
