高分子过滤片孔径大小对低档白酒香味组分过滤研究 被引量:2

Effects of Ultra-high Molecular Filter with Different Pore Diameter on the Filtration of Flavoring Components of Low-Grade Baijiu

摘要 采用不同孔径的超高分子量聚乙烯微孔过滤片,分别对52%vol浓香型和53%vol酱香型低档白酒进行过滤,以未过滤酒样作为空白样进行对比,研究高分子过滤片孔径大小对不同香型低档白酒香味组分的过滤效果的影响。结果表明,0.45μm和0.2μm孔径的滤片分别对酱香型和浓香型低档白酒有较佳的过滤效果;同一孔径比较,滤片对低档酱香型白酒的影响比对低档浓香型白酒的影响更小。 Ultra-high molecular polyethylene microporous filters with different pore diameter were used to filter low-grade Nongxiang Baijiu(52%vol)and low-grade Jiangxiang Baijiu(53%vol)respectively.The unfiltered liquor samples were used as the contrast groups.The influence of polymer filter with different pore diameter on the filtration effects was explored.The results showed that,the filter of 0.45μm and 0.2μm pore diameter had the best filtration effects on low-grade Jiangxiang Baijiu and low-grade Nongxiang Baijiu respectively.For filter with the same pore diameter,it had less effects on Jiangxiang Baijiu than Nongxiang Baijiu.
