摘要
通过对铜绿假单胞菌间歇补料与p H调控相结合的发酵方法,发现菌体在发酵初期能获得较高的生产速率与碳氮源的有效利用率,同时通过间歇补料能有效提高细胞产能,提高鼠李糖脂的发酵产量。该研究最终得到鼠李糖脂的发酵产量为23.58g/L,比单一间歇性补料培养方式提高了69.03%;比单一p H调控发酵方式提高了94.07%,比对照提高了129.8%。
The fermentation control of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was carried out by combining intermittent feeding with pH regulation.It was found that the bacteria could obtain higher production rate and effective utilization rate of carbon and nitrogen sources at the initial stage of fermentation.At the same time,intermittent supplement can effectively improve cell productivity and increase the fermentation yield of rhamnolipid.The fermentation yield of rhamnolipid was 23.58g/L.The yield increased by 69.03% compared with the single intermittent feeding culture.The yield was 94.07%higher than that of single pH controlled fermentation;129.8% higher than control.
