Study Report of Shanghai Energy-Saving Assessment Analysis and Evaluation

有效控制能源消耗和碳排放总量,进一步提高主要用能领域的能源利用效率,加快推进节能低碳技术应用是上海市"十三五"期间的主要目标和任务。本文结合目前正在进行的能评工作,通过分析上海市能评工作现状,指出能评工作存在的不足,提出完善能评制度的总体思路。

In order to ensure effective control of energy consumption,carbon emissions and intensity,improving energy efficiency in major energy fields and accelerating the application of energy-saving and low-carbonizing technologies have become the main goals and tasks of Shanghai during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.In the background of the current energy-saving assessment work,this study analyzes the current status of the assessment work new requirements,in order to propose the existing shortcomings and suggestions.
