摘要
本文基于集成电路晶圆制造企业生产特点,选取了产品单耗、产值单耗、产能利用率、综合节能率和能源消费成本5个指标,构建了集成电路晶圆制造企业能效指数模型。通过企业历史能耗数据,对3个企业的能效指数进行了计算评价。该模型客观科学地反映集成电路晶圆制造企业的真实能效水平。
Based on the production characteristics of IC wafer manufacturing enterprises,the Energy efficiency index(EEI)model contains five indicators:product unit consumption,energy consumption of output value,comprehensive energy saving rate and energy consumption cost.Through the historical energy consumption data of the enterprise,we calculate and evaluated the energy efficiency index of three enterprises.The model can objectively and scientifically reflect the real energy efficiency level of IC wafer manufacturing enterprises.
