不同性别五年制大专幼师生职业决策困难特点研究

A Study of the Characteristics of Career Decision-making Difficulties for Both Sexes of Five-year College Preschool Teachers Training Majors

从性别的角度探讨了五年制大专幼师生职业决策困难的特点。采用问卷法对830名不同性别的五年制大专幼师生的职业决策困难特点进行调查研究。结果表明:(1)幼师生职业决策困难处于中等偏上水平,其中,尚未准备因子水平最高,各方面认识不足因子水平最低;(2)不同性别幼师生在职业决策困难及尚未准备就绪、各方面认识不足两个因子上存在显著性差异;(3)在信息不一致因子上,男幼师生在母亲文化程度上存在显著性差异,女幼师生则在父亲文化程度上存在显著性差异;(4)在资料来源不可靠因子上,男幼师生在母亲职业上存在显著性差异,女幼师生则在母亲文化程度上存在显著性差异;(5)不同性别幼师生的职业决策困难在招生类别、家庭结构上不存在显著性差异。

This paper discusses the characteristics of career decision making difficulties for preschool teachers training Majors from the perspective of genders.It probes into the characteristics of career decision making difficulties of 830 preschool teachers training majors of both sexes by using questionnaire.And the results show that the career decision making difficulties was above the middle level,the highest dimension was not yet ready,and the lowest dimension lacked knowledge in all aspects dimension.Different genders of preschool teachers training majors differ drastically in career decision making difficulties,dimension readiness and lack of knowledge in all aspects dimension.In the dimension of inconsistent information,preschool teachers training majors vary due to their mother's education level while female students differ greatly because of their father's education level;In unreliable sources,male students differ drastically because of their mother's different occupation while female students vary due to their mother's education level.The career decision making difficulties for preschool teachers training majors of different genders show no striking differences in admissions of different categories and family structure.
