摘要
介绍了航天用微特电机产品设计、工艺、生产、试验、包装和流转等过程多余物预防和控制。通过分析在产品研制各环节多余物产生的原因,采取合理的预防方法和控制措施,减少多余物引起的产品失效风险,提高产品的可靠性。
Prevention and control for foreign object debris (FOD)during the design, process, production, test, packa-ging and circulation of aerospace small and special electrical machines was introduced. By analyzing the causes of FOD dur-ing the product development and adopting reasonable prevention methods and control measures,it is able to reduce the risk of product failure caused by FOD and improve product reliability.
