多胺捕收剂结构与其浮选性能关系的研究

Relationships of Polyamine Structure and Its Flotation Properties

为探索多胺结构性质与其浮选性能的关系,本文从表面活性剂的视角计算得到了多胺捕收剂的HLB值、极性基团电负性和CMC值,结合传统捕收剂的研究过程,得出多胺类捕收剂结构和浮选性能的一般性规律:多胺捕收剂中的多个胺基共同决定其分子电负性情况、HLB值和CMC值等的大小,在这些因素的综合作用下,多胺捕收剂的捕收能力显示出明显大小关系。

In order to explore the relationship between polyamine structure and flotation performance,HLB values,polar group electronegativities and CMC values of polyamine collectors were calculated in the perspective of surfactant.General rules of polyamine structure and its flotation properties combining with flotation traditional research methods were got as follows:Multiple amines in a polyamine collector jointly determined the size of its molecular electronegativity,HLB value and CMC value,etc,and these factors,together within a reasonable range,determined the collection capacity of a polyamine collector.
