绕管式换热器在连续重整装置中的大型化应用 被引量:3

摘要 重整进料换热器是催化重整的关键设备之一,对装置的长期稳定运行有着重要影响。本文介绍了列管式立式换热器、板式换热器以及绕管式三种换热器的结构、特点,以及绕管式换热器在惠州石化催化重整装置(Ⅱ)中的应用。作为新型的混合进料换热器,绕管式换热器具有传热效率高、压降低、抗操作波动、成本低等优点,展望了绕管式换热器的应用前景。 The combined feed exchanger is one of the key equipment for CCR,which has a significant impact on the long-term stable operation.The structures and features of the vertical tube heat exchanger,welded plate heat exchanger and wound-tube heat exchanger in the CCR were introduced.The application of the wound-tube heat exchanger in CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals CCR(Ⅱ)was also introduced.As a new type combined feed exchanger,wound-tube heat exchanger had many advantages,such as high heat transfer efficiency,low pressure drop,high ability against fluctuations in operation,and low cost,etc.The application prospect of wound-tube heat exchanger was proposed.
