药物化学实验教学改革探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Experiment

药物化学是高校药学类专业的一门专业课程,属于应用性学科,因此药物化学实验教学在整个课程中占有重要地位。以羟甲基香豆素合成工艺优化为例,从教学内容和教学方法等方面介绍了在药物化学实验教学中的教改工作,内容包括:调整实验内容,多种性质实验并开,增加课前预习,课堂教授方式灵活转变,改进实验过程,提高学生动手能力,改进实验评分标准,建立新的考核评价指标等,最终目标是提高学生的综合能力。

Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a professional course of Pharmacy specialties in colleges and universities and it belongs to applied discipline.Therefore,the experimental teaching of Pharmaceutical Chemistry occupies an important position in the whole course.Taking the optimization of synthesis technology of hydroxymethyl coumarin as an example,the teaching reform on the experimental teaching of Pharmaceutical Chemistry was introduced from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,etc.The content included adjusting experimental contents,opening experiments with various properties simultaneously,adding pre-class preparation,changing the way of teaching in class flexibly,improving the experimental process,improving students practical ability,improving experimental scoring standard,and setting up new assessment indicators,etc.The final goal was to improve students comprehensive ability.
