摘要
当下的媒体发展已经进入融媒体时代,课题组首先对融媒体时代的信息传播过程与特征进行深入分析,之后指出融媒体环境对广告人的信息传播能力提出新要求,接下来阐述了河北省高校广告人才培养现状与问题,最后从广告人才培养理念、人才培养体系两个层面做出具体探讨。
The current media development has entered the era of convergence media. First of all, the research group makes an in-depth analysis of the process and characteristics of information transmission in the times of convergence media. Secondly the group puts forward the new requirements for the information communication ability of advertisers in the convergence media environment. Then, they expound the current situation and problems of the cultivation of advertising talents in Hebei province. Finally, the research group makes specific discussions on the advertising talents cultivation and talent training system from two aspects.
