河北省农产品绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系构建研究

On Construction of Performance Evaluation Index System for Green Supply Chain of Agricultural Products in Hebei

文章简要介绍了河北省农产品生产流通特点及存在的问题、农产品供应链及绩效评价的基本内涵,结合当前国家日益严格的环保要求,提出构建绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系应遵循的几个原则,并尝试从供应链整体、关联企业、最终用户、社会与环境等五个方面构建农产品绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系,并对企业提出建议。

This paper briefly introduces the characteristics and existing problems of agricultural production and circulations in Hebei Province,as well as the basic connotation of agricultural supply chain and performance evaluation,and puts forward several principles to be followed in constructing the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain in combination with the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements of the country.It tries to construct the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain for agricultural products from five aspects:the whole supply chain,related enterprises,end users,society and environment,the suggestions of how to develop green supply chain,and proposes some suggestions for enterprises.
