摘要
上转换纳米颗粒(upconversion nanoparticles,UCNPs)是茁壮成长起来的一种新兴的技术平台,它为肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供了新的契机。UCNPs与生俱来的光、磁等优越性使其能用于肿瘤的双模式及多模式成像,况且UCNPs具有将近红外光转换为紫外线或可见光的独特能力因而被应用于肿瘤的光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)和光热治疗(photothermotherapy,PTT)中,再者纳米粒子可作为靶向递送抗肿瘤药物的载体,从而能在精准诊断的同时也发挥抗癌作用而实现肿瘤的诊疗一体化。
Upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)is an emerging technology platform that can provide new opportunities for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.It has the advantages of light and magnetism,so UCNPs is allowed to be used for dual-mode and multi-modality imaging of tumors.Moreover,UCNPs is applied to the photodynamic therapy(PDT)and photothermotherapy(PTT),because it has the unique ability to convert near-infrared light into ultraviolet or visible light.In addition,it can be utilized as a specific carrier to deliver the anti-tumor drugs.Thus,UCNPs could also play an important role in the diagnosis and the treatment of cancer.
