OCT在单眼远视性弱视儿童黄斑区结构检测中的应用

摘要 目的:观察光学相干断层成像(OCT)在单眼远视性弱视儿童黄斑区结构检测中的应用价值。方法:选取60例单眼远视性弱视儿童为研究组和同期、同年龄段视力正常的60例健康体检儿童作为对照组。比较两组黄斑区视网膜厚度、视网膜体积。结果:研究组A1、A2、A3区视网膜明显厚于对照组,A1、A2、A3区视网膜体积明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OCT检测可准确检测远视性弱视儿童黄斑区视网膜的结构特征。 Objective:To investigate clinical application values of optical coherence tomography(OC)in detection of macular area in children with monocular hyperopic amblyopia.Methods:60 children with monocular hyperopic amblyopia were selected as the study group,while 60 normal children with matched age were used as the control group.The retinal thickness and retinal volume of the macular area were compared between the two groups.Results:The retinal thicknesses in the A1,A2,and A3 areas of the study group were significantly greater than those in the control group,the retinal volumes in the A1,A2,and A3 areas was significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:OCT can accurately detect the structural features of the retina in the macular area of the children with hyperopic amblyopia.
