一体化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

Application effects of integrated nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察一体化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取102例COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各51例。其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取一体化护理,比较两组患者住院时间、治疗依从性、护理前后心理状况的变化情况及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组治疗依从性和护理满意度均明显高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,焦虑量表(SAS)和抑郁量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用一体化护理可明显提高COPD患者的依从性和护理满意度,且可改善患者负性情绪。

Objective:To observe application effects of integrated nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:102 patients with COPD were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the integrated nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The hospitalization time,treatment compliance,psychological changes before and after the nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the anxiety scale(SAS)and depression scale(SDS)scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Based on the routine nursing,the integrated nursing can significantly improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of the patients with COPD,and its effects on improving the negative emotions are significantly better than that of the routine nursing.
