急性下肢深静脉血栓形成介入治疗研究进展

Interventional treatment for acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity:recent progress in research

急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发病率逐年上升,若治疗不及时可发展为栓塞后综合征(PTS),严重降低患者生活质量。下肢血栓脱落可引发致命性肺栓塞,危及患者生命。随着腔内介入治疗技术不断发展,介入治疗以快速开通靶血管、保护静脉瓣功能、对血管内膜损伤较小、降低PTS发生率、降低住院费用和时间、提高生活质量等综合优势逐步被患者所接受。本文就目前急性下肢DVT主要介入治疗方法作一综述。

The incidence of acute deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity is increasing year by year,and it can develop into post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)if timely treatment is not provided,causing serious deterioration of the quality of life of patients.Thrombus shedding in lower extremity can cause fatal pulmonary embolism,which may endanger the patient's life.With the continuous development of endovascular interventional therapy technology,interventional treatment has fully shown its comprehensive advantages,such as rapid opening of target vessels,protection of venous valve function,less injury to vascular intima,reduced incidence of PTS,lower medical cost,shorter hospitalization time,and improved quality of life,etc.,and these advantages make it easy for patients to accept interventional therapy.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the main interventional therapies for acute DVT of lower extremity at present.
